Frequently Asked Questions

When will my item(s) ship?

Standard photo prints can take up to 3 business days to ship. However, smaller prints (11×14 and under) usually ship the same business day.

Giclée paper prints can take up to 5 business days to ship.

Canvas wraps require 3 business days to produce and ship.

Framed photos are custom made to order, so they may take up to 2 – 3 weeks to produce and ship.

How quickly will I receive my item(s)?

Standard photo prints are shipped from our facility in Northern Utah and are sent via USPS priority mail. If you are shipping to anywhere in Utah or the surrounding states, it should arrive in 2-3 business days. The Midwest and Eastern United States may require more time to arrive.

Canvas wraps are shipped from our facility in Colorado and are sent via UPS ground, which will require 3-5 business days.

Framed photos are shipped from our facility in Springville, Utah and are sent via FedEx ground, which will require 1-5 business days.

Will I be able to track my item once it ships?

Absolutely! You will receive a notification email, including tracking information, when your package has shipped.

What about Alaska & Hawaii or international destinations?

Special shipping prices will apply. As you’re probably already aware, locations like Alaska and Hawaii require additional shipping surcharges. So please contact us for a shipping quote.

What's your return policy?

Here at LDS Art & Gifts we only sell products we love. We want you to love them too. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order of many of our products, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. However, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CUSTOM-MADE (PERSONALIZED) PRODUCTS. Please contact us with questions about a specific item.

Items purchased with gift cards may not be returned for cash refund.

Please note that returned items must be in original condition, and complete with all packaging, tags, and instructions intact. We DO NOT accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return. As soon as the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The cost of the return label and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

What if my item is damaged?

We take the utmost care to package and ship your item(s) so that they arrive safely and in perfect condition. But we also know that sometimes unfortunate things happen and they don’t arrive that way. We want you to be happy though! Please contact us as soon as you can about a replacement/refund. When possible, also attach pictures of the damaged item and condition of packaging.

How do I return an item?

To begin the return process, please email us the reason you want to to return it, along with “Return Request” in the subject line of the email. We will reply with return address and instructions.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Photo prints – photo prints can begin printing within a few minutes. If you want to cancel your order, contact us immediately. Please note that your may have already been printed and we will charge you the cost of printing. Shipping costs will be refunded.

Canvas wraps and flat canvas prints – please let us know within 24 hours.

Framed photo prints – please let us know within 24 hours.

Why are your prices lower than other stores and websites?

You may find that our prices are lower than other websites or stores. There are two reasons for that:

1 – Because everything is printed and produced on demand, we do not have the need for a warehouse. We also don’t have a physical storefront. This allows us to keep operating costs costs down and offer you the savings in return.

2 – Due to the large volume of orders we produce and fulfill, we’re able to offer better discounts than other businesses can.

That being said, OUR QUALITY IS NEVER COMPROMISED. Even though we have lower prices, we never sacrifice quality. Our products are the best that you’ll find. Our products are found in Deseret Book and other stores across the country.

Do you sell photography?

We don’t on this website. But please take a look at our partner website – www.ldstemple.pics. There you will find fine art temple photography from America’s top temple photographers.

Do you offer digital downloads?

In order to protect the work of the artists, at this time we do not offer digital downloads. However, once in a while we do make an exception. Please contact us us and let us know your situation.

Do you have a studio or gallery where I can see your products before I buy?

Unfortunately we do not have a gallery or studio right now where one can view our products. Currently they are only sold online.

I'm a retailer and would like to sell your art.

That sounds great! We’re always happy to work with retailers. Depending on how much you want to sell, we can often work out a volume discount as well. Please get in touch and let us know what you have in mind!

I have some awesome artwork too! Can you sell my products too?

We always keep an eye out for uniquely inpsired art and decor, and we’d love to see what you’ve got! Email what you have to info@ldsartandgifts.com. If we think it would sell, we’ll get back to you!
