Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at LDS Temple Pictures. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we would be happy to work with you to exchange your item. Our products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. And please note that due to the custom nature of our products, and because each piece is custom printed when your order is placed, all exchanges will be subject to a 15% processing fee plus new shipping charges for the exchange. Shipping is non-refundable.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Due to the custom nature of our products, and because each piece is custom printed when your order is placed, all requests for refunds will be processed minus a 15% processing and re-stocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR MOST CUSTOM-MADE (PERSONALIZED) PRODUCTS

Items purchased with gift cards may not be returned for cash refund.

Please note that returned items must be in original condition, and complete with all packaging, tags, and instructions intact. We DO NOT accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return. As soon as the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The cost of the return label and a $4.99 re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING CHARGES

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Before you ship your product back to us, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is in the same condition in which you received it
  • Receipt or proof of purchase must be included

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please notify us immediately for assistance and follow the instructions below so that we can get you a replacement as soon as possible:

  1. Take a digital photo of the damaged item; include a photo of the box if it was also damaged.
  2. Attach your digital photos to an email and send them to: info@ldsartandgifts.com. Be sure to include the full name on the order, order number, item name, and a brief description of the damage.
  3. You will receive an email within 1-2 business days to follow up with you.

If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, we may request that you provide additional information or return the item by mail before the return can be processed.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CUSTOM-MADE (PERSONALIZED) PRODUCTS. Personalized items cannot be refunded.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

ORDER CHANGES

Address Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible with your new shipping address. If the order has not shipped out, we can update the shipping address. If your order is in the final stages of production we may not be able to update the shipping address.

Order Changes

If you need to change the size, image, or product type for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not already in production, we would be happy to make the change for no additional fee.

Order cancellation

All of our items are custom printed on demand and we get started shortly after your order is placed. If we have not yet begun production on your order, we’d be happy to cancel it for you. However, if production has already started, you will incur a 15% processing fee.
